Is this company still active. All support channels seem to not be responsive at all.

Thanks for your concerns and getting in touch! I can assure you that we’re still very active. Also, we respond to dozens of support requests each week – besides actively working on existing and new products.
I’ve tried to spot a conversation from you in our support system but could not find anything. Can you tell me, how you tried to reach out? I’ll check to see what happened.
